Terms and Shipping
Orders:
We have a $15 minimum US order. Orders ship same or following day if placed before 12pm Pacific time unless notified otherwise.
We do ship International however you would have to email for details on how to process order and payment options.
Hawaii and Alaska Please email us and we will see if we can ship priority mail to save you on shipping costs.
Any item offering free shipping is to the 48 States and does not include HI, AK or any other location. Please contact us for shipping rates.
Returns Policy
You have 10 days to return off the shelf type batteries. If special order item it is subject to 15% restock fee. All assemblies are non refundable so please make sure you are ordering what you need, If unsure ask your sales person. Even a cell with connector on it may be subject to custom assembly as not all production items are common.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We Ship UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Over 150lbs ships via truck.
Air Shipments: Overnight shipments must be in by 12pm Pacific time and if there is a problem you will be notified. Any lithium batteries needing air shipment are handled as hazardous goods and you should contact us by phone or email before ordering air shipments.
